• The house has a doggy door, but the Parks do not have any pets.
• On the outside, it looks identical to the Baxter Residence in ended Disney series, That's So Raven, which was also set in San Fransisco.
• You can see the Golden Gate Bridge from the living room, which means they live near the bay.
• You can also see that the house takes place in the same neighborhood as the Tanner residence from Full House.
